Present application is filed by applicant to intervene and allow him to join the applicant as party to the present review application.

Learned Counsel for the applicants in Misc. Civil Application (Review) No.603/2024 has no objection to add the applicant in review application. 4.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.6 and learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.7, 8 and 11 raised objection for allowing such application.

In my considered opinion, no prejudice will be caused, if the applicant is impleaded as party applicant in review application.

As such, the Civil Application No. 1374/2024 stands allowed.

Necessary amendment to be carried out by the review applicants within a period of one week. Amended copy of application be supplied to the parties.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
