This is the application for condonation of delay of 423 days caused in filing cross-objection.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the fact that the scheme of compensation is a beneficiary scheme, the delay caused in fling crossobjection is condoned. 4.

It is made clear that the applicant/cross-objector shall not be entitled to any interest on the enhanced compensation for delayed period , if the cross-objection is allowed.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of. 6.

The cross-objection be registered.
