This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of the first appeal of which the registration was refused for failure to remove the office objections. Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that after the appeal was filed inadvertently the office objections remained to be removed and resultantly the registration stood refused. He submits that the delay occurred since the appellant was not aware about the order of refusal of registration and now the appellant desires to contest the appeal on merits and therefore the application for restoration is filed.

Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, delay of 505 days in filing the application for restoration is condoned, subject to costs of Rs. 3000/- to be paid by the appellant to the High Court Bar Association Library, Bench at Nagpur within two weeks from today.

Application is allowed and disposed of.

This is an application for restoration of the first appeal of which registration was refused for failure to remove the office objections by order dated 28-03-2023. The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant wants to contest the appeal on merits and prays for restoration of the first appeal.

Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, the application is allowed. 4.
The appellant is directed to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from today.
