DATE : 22ND JULY, 2025 The present application is filed with composite prayer of directing the appellant to deposit Rs.25,000/- directly in the bank account of the respondent. However, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant is regularly depositing Rs.25,000/- as per the direcction of this Court dated 10/04/2024. On such statement, the appellant restricts his prayer only for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/-, which is lying with this Court. The learned counsel for the appellant has no objection for such withdrawal. As such, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- along with accrued interest.
