As we have already recorded the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the principal seat has already passed an interim order, as referred above, thereby staying the amendment incorporated in the Maharashtra Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011, vide Notification dated 9th February, 2024, the said interim order shall also operate in the present petition. 6.
