DATED : 03-07-2024 The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present petition is identical to the one raised in the Public Interest Litigation No.61/2024 pending before the Principal Seat. 2.

As such it is prayed that the present Public Interest Litigation be tagged with the said Public Interest Litigation No.61/2024.

We cannot pass such orders in the matter when such identical issue is pending before the Principal Seat. 4.

In such an eventuality, the petitioners have two options, either not to press this petition and approach before the Principal Seat by taking out fresh proceedings or to move before the Hon'ble The Chief Justice on administrative side for transfer of the present Public Interest Litigation.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners informs that within one week the petitioners shall be moving before the Hon'ble The Chief Justice on administrative side seeking transfer of the present Public Interest Litigation.
