We have gone through the judgment passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in RE:CORBET I.A. NO. 20650 OF 2023 alongwith the connected matters.

Perusal of the judgment would show that now the call will have to be taken by the State Government as to whether the model guidelines are required to be framed or not.

We are of the view that the said statement is required to be made by the State Government, after giving thoughtful consideration to the judgment passed by the
