The learned Assistant Government Pleader is permitted to place on record the affidavit of respondent Nos.4,5 and 6 during the course of the day.

Having regard to the orders dated 28/08/2024, 25/09/2024 and 04/12/2024 it was expected by the respondent No.1 to file reply by this date as a last chance was granted and earlier also repeated chances were granted. Today also learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 seeks time.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.l informs that the respondent No.1 has sought two weeks time in the matter in spite of last chance.

We grant such adjournment to the respondent No.1 however, in case, within a period of two weeks, reply is not filed on record, the respondent No.1 shall pay cost of Rs.10,000/- to the petitioner on or before the next date of hearing.

Similarly, we further direct the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 to seek instructions from the respondent No.8 by next date of hearing so as to enable them to file affidavit-in-reply for the said respondent. 6.

We direct the learned advocate Mr.S.S.Sanyal, who is a panel advocate for the respondent No.7 to take instructions. Further, upon an assurance given by the learned AGP, we permit the respondent No.9, Collector, Chandrapur to file reply by the next date of hearing. 7.

Interim order to continue until further orders. 8.
