On 17th March, 2025 learned Counsel appearing for the TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO legal heirs of deceased Plaintiff sought time to take instructions as the Original Appellant who was the agent of the Court Receiver had expired in 2022. Today again time has been sought. 2.
