Directions sought by present Court Receiver's Report is the clarification that symbolic possession of Court Receiver over Flat No.114A, Mahavir Building, Ground Floor, Bhandarkar Road, Matunga, Mumbai - 400019 comes to an end in view of the order dated 10th September 2012 discharging the Court Receiver. 2.

Perusal of the order dated 10th September 2012 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 2490 of 2012 indicates that the Court has Patil-SR 1 of

17 Crr-18-2024.doc held that as the First Appeal is already disposed of and there is no Application for restoration for last more than two years, the Court Receiver stands discharged.

In the light of above, it is clarified that the symbolic possession of Court Receiver had come to an end. The Court Receiver is permitted to remove the signboard of the Court Receiver's office, if any, from the subject premises.

List the Court Receiver's Report for further directions on 20th January 2025.
