Mr. Seshagopalan, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the issue raised in this appeal stands answered in favour of the appellant by the decision of the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of First Global Stockbroking P. Ltd. & Ors. Vs. R. M. Ramchandani & Ors.1.

On the other hand, Mr. Yadav, learned counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of First Global Stockbroking Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Anil Rishiraj & Anr.2 covers the issue favouring the respondents.
