Considering that under order dated 12.12.2025, the Applicant is already permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.7,70,500/- with accrued interest, if the amount lying in the registry is less than the said amount, whatever amount lying with the registry be released in favour of the Applicant with accrued interest.

Reply, if any to be filed within a period of 3 weeks from today, with its copy served on other side. Re-joinder if any, to be filed with a period of 2 weeks thereafter.
