1) After this matter was argued for some time in order to finalize the amount to be payable by the licensee to the licensor taking into consideration the deposit amount, I have come to the conclusion that Rs.12,33,000/- would be balance payable. 1.1) The said amount of Rs.12,33,000/- would be deposited by the licensee in this Court within a period of two weeks from today.

Diksha Rane 32 WP 6717 2009.doc 1.2) If such payment has been made in this Court, the licensor is permitted to withdraw the entire amount paid. Remaining balance in the earlier deposit being made by the licensee is also permitted to be withdrawn along with accrued interest. 2) With this an entire calculation about payments to be made under whatever head between licensee and licensor has come to an end.

3) While calculating, I have gone through each and every order passed by this Court dated 4 August 2009, 3 November 2009, 15 December 2017, 8 January 2018 and 24 June 2024, including the order of the Competent Authority dated 20 August 2008. 4) Interim Application stands disposed of.

5) Let this interim application come up on board on 6 July 2026, under the caption "For Compliance".
