This application is preferred in a disposed of Civil Revision Application assailing the subsequent orders passed by the Civil Judge.

If the aggrieved party wishes to assail the subsequent orders passed by the Civil Court, appropriate proceedings will have to be taken out. Thus, an Interim Application in Civil Revision Application, which was already disposed of as withdrawn, with a direction to the trial Court to expeditiously decide the suit, can not be entertained.
