Heard.

This Court had taken cognizance of the noncompliance of order of this Court dated 10.7.2024 and issued a contempt notice, in response to which, the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Forest, Mantralaya, Mumbai has placed on record an affidavit.

The contempt was caused as the time limit directed by this Court was not adhered to.

We have perused the affidavit. In view of explanation tendered, we deem it appropriate to accept the unconditional apology and discharge the contempt notice.

PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION NO.60/2023 5.

Based on the affidavit filed in Suo Motu Contempt Petition No.14/2024 it is claimed that the prayer for regularization of the transaction and the construction of tribal land has been rejected by the

smc14.2024.odt State Government by passing an appropriate order, which shall be placed on record long with an affidavit within a period of three weeks. 6.
