Learned counsel for the applicant has tendered copy of order dated 26th September 2024. The same is taken on record. He submits that inadvertently the date of the order in the prayer clause is typed as 26th September 2024 instead of 25th September 2024. 2.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed and the order dated 25th September 2024 is recalled. The second appeal is restored, subject to the learned advocate for the appellant removing all office objections within four weeks from today. Interim Application is disposed of.
