Interim Application has been preferred seeking stay of the impugned Judgment and order and for injunction restraining the Respondent from demolishing the suit premises. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that on 12th February, 2025 unauthorized construction has already been demolished by the Corporation and tenders the photographs. The photographs are taken on record.

In view of the demolition being carried out by the Corporation the relief sought in the Interim Application have been rendered infructuous.
