1. Learned Counsel appearing for the Original Defendant No.1 & 2 states that Defendant Nos. 3 to 6 have not been impleaded as parties.

2. Ms. Chaitali Jadhav, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that, inadvertently, the Defendant Nos.3 to 6 are not made parties. She seeks leave to amend the Interim Application and the Civil Revision Application. Leave as aforesaid is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. 3.

In Interim Application, the relief sought is to condone the delay of 76 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. 4.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is
