Interim application is filed seeking recall of the order dated 12th December, 2024 by which cost of Rs.15,000/- are imposed on Respondents No.1 and 2. It appears that Respondents No.1 and 2 have already offered to pay cost of Rs.15,000/- to the Petitioner. Therefore, the application is not pressed qua imposition of cost. However, Ms. Shah, learned counsel appearing for Respondents No.1 and 2 feels that observations made by this Court in order dated 12th December, 2024 seek to cast aspirations Digitally signed by PRIYA RAJESH SOPARKAR Date:

The Petition is already heard finally today and the judgment is being reserved. The observations made by this Court in order dated 12th December, 2024 appear to be made essentially in the spirit of disposal of the old petitions pending before this Court. The same are not meant to constitute personal criticism of any Advocate practising in this Court. Since cost of Rs. 15,000/- is already offered by Respondents No.1 and 2 to the Petitioner, in my view there is no question of recall of the order dated 12 th December, 2024. It is however clarified that the order shall not be read to mean personal criticism of Ms.Shah, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No.1 and 2.
