By this Application, the Applicant is seeking restoration of the Appeal.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, the learned Registrar Judicial-II by order dated 25th April 2024 has dismissed the Appeal filed by the Applicant for not removing office objections.

The First Appeal Stamp No.18018 of 2023 is restored.

The order passed by the Registrar Judicial-II dated 25th April 2024 is quashed and set aside.

The delay of 208 days for filing the Application is condoned.
