Interim Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 19 days caused in preferring the First Appeal. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that the certified copy was received on 23rd October 2024, however, due to personal difficulties, the Appellant could not approach the Advocate immediately and therefore there is delay of 19 days. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent opposes the Application by submitting that the explanation is not sufficient. 4.

Considering the short delay of 19 days which has been sufficiently explained in paragraph no.5, I am inclined to condone the delay. Interim Application is allowed.
