After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the

2-WP-5160-2024 petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to seek remedies before any other statutory body or forum, including the ones under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

Accordingly, without prejudice to the rights of either of the parties, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
