By order dated 26/06/2024 the Petitioner was permitted to amend the Petition and place entries on record and for that purpose leave was granted.

However, since the amendment could not be effected, present Interim Application is filed to carry out the amendment in terms of the order dated 26/06/2024.

Considering the relief sought in the Interim Application, we permit the amendment to be carried out in the Petition within a period of two weeks from today.
