Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 10th September, 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) dismissing the Appeal for non-supply of the necessary copies for issuance of notice to the Respondents and for condonation of delay of 63 days caused in preferring the present Application.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the Applicant was unaware that the matter was listed before the Registrar (Judicial) for supply of spare copies and thus, the matter could not be attended and the order came to be passed. sa_mandawgad 1 of

For the reasons stated in the Application, the delay of 63 days is condoned. The order of 10th September, 2024 is recalled subject to supply of the spare copies in the Registry within a period of two weeks from today. Interim Application stands allowed. First Appeal is restored to file.
