Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 20th February, 2024, by which the consent terms entered into between the original parties to the Writ Petition No. 2467 of 2019 was made order of this Court.

The present Applicant was not party to the Petition and submits that by reason of the consent terms, his interest in the subject property has been affected.

As the consent terms have been executed between the parties to the Writ Petition, the same does not bind the present Shubham Talle 1 of
