On 8 January 2025, we have heard learned counsel for the applicant on the present Interim Application when we have permitted to the Advocate for the applicant to serve the respondent by all permissible modes and to place on record affidavit of service, in addition to the court notice. Accordingly, an affidavit of service is placed on record. However, the respondents are not represented. We have accordingly taken up the application for hearing.

By this Interim Application, the applicant has prayed that the delay of 16 days in filing the present appeal be condoned. After perusing the averments as made in the application and considering the facts that there is no opposition to this application, as no reply affidavit has been filed, it is in the interest of justice that the application be allowed. It is accordingly allowed. In terms of prayer clause (A). 3.
Interim Application stands disposed of.
