The impugned Order in this Application is passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I), dated is 22nd October 2024 by which the Writ Petition has been dismissed for non-removal of office objections. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Writ Petition is at Pre- admission stage.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application the same is allowed.

The Writ Petition is restored to file subject to the Petitioner removing the office objections, within a period of 3 weeks from today.
