The application is filed seeking restoration of the Writ Petition which was dismissed in terms of the order dated 11th October, 2024 when the Court while issuing notice, directed that all office objections to be removed on or before 13th November, 2025 failing which it was declared that the Petition will stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

Since the Petitioner did not remove the office objections as directed, the reasons for do not doing so is to be found in paragraphs 3 to 5 of the Application. 3.
On hearing the learned Counsel for the Applicant and on perusing the application, we are satisfied that it shows bonafides. As a result the Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The Writ Petition stands restored to its file. It is directed to be listed for hearing on 17th February, 2025.
