It is informed that partly amounts are permitted to be withdrawn. 2.
Let the advocates for the parties place on record the brief overview of the proceedings as also the amount as awarded by MACT,
Pune, and also prayers in each of these applications. Also those orders permitting withdrawal be annexed to the proceedings. 3.
