The relief sought in the Interim Application is to set aside the order dated 21st August 2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by which, the Civil Revision Application is directed to be dismissed for non-removal of the office objections. Sonali

Mr. Kale, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Civil Revision Application is at the pre-admission stage and no notice has been issued to the Respondents. 4.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the order dated 21st August 2023 passed by the learned Registrar (JudicialII) is set aside and the said Civil Revision Application is restored to the file of this Court, on the condition that the Applicant removes the office objections within a period of eight weeks from today. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
