Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This Interim Application is taken out by the Respondent to bring the legal representative of the Respondent who has passed away. 3.

In the meanwhile, the suit being Regular Civil Suit No.125 of 2014 has itself been disposed as abated by the learned Civil Judge by an order dated 11 March 2022. Hence, nothing survives in this Revision Application which is preferred against an order rejecting the application for rejection of the plaint. 4.

Thus, the Civil Revision Application as well as the Interim Application SSP 1/2

22 ia 200 of 2025.doc stand disposed with liberty to the applicants to revive the revision application in the event the suit is restored.
