It is informed that Respondent No.1 died in February, 2003. In spite of the same no steps are taken by the Applicants to bring legal heirs on record. In fact of death of Respondent No.1 is not within knowledge of the Applicants. This Court cannot hear the Applicants unless the legal heirs are brought on record.

The Applicants are therefore at liberty to take proper steps in view of death of Respondent No.1.
