Ms. Pragya, the learned Counsel for the Respondents, fairly submits that the Respondents have no objection for condonation of delay in taking out the Application to bring the legal representatives of deceased Applicant No.2 in the Civil Revision Application on record. 4.
For the reasons assigned in the Interim Application and the submissions made on behalf the Respondents, the Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 5.
The delay in taking out the Application stands condoned. The Applicant is allowed to amend the Civil Revision Application so as to bring the legal representatives of the Applicant No.2 on record. 6.
Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week.
