The learned Advocate for the Applicant has filed present Interim Application No.211 of 2025 to serve Respondent Nos.2 to 7 by way of paper publication.

As per office note, the notice issued to Respondent Nos.2 to 7 was returned unserved with Bailiff's remark dated 21/11/2024, "Respondent Nos.2 & 5 not found and premises found demolished", "Respondent Nos.3 & 4 not found" and "Respondent Nos.6 & 7 not found and exact shop was not found".

The learned Advocate for applicant is not aware of any other address of Respondent Nos.2 to 7. Thus, only option left is to serve the Respondent Nos.2 to 7 by way of paper publication.

The address of above Respondent Nos.2 to 7 mentioned in the notices are same as mentioned in the Interim Application and in the memo of Civil Revision Application as well as (A1) Appeal No. 192 of 2018 in R.A.E. & R. Suit No.1014/3101 of 1986 before the Trial Court.

In turn, Interim Application No.211 of 2025 for paper publication is allowed. Issue paper publication notice to the Respondent Nos.2 to 7. The learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to collect the publication notice within 02 (two) weeks and submit service affidavit with paper cutout within 04 (four) weeks.
