The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks further time to file Additional Affidavit. On 17 January 2025 this Court has directed listing of the main Petition for decision and had granted liberty to the Petitioners to file Additional Affidavit. However despite passage of more than a month, Petitioners have failed to file such Additional Affidavit.
