18. WP 5673-96 @ Connected Matters.doc Petitions have been filed by the Claimants challenging the order of the Tribunal under Section 44 of the MHADA Act and that he is ready to go on with the matter.

Mr. Lad, learned Counsel appearing for the MHADA (Acquiring body) submits that there are two Petitions filed by MHADA also challenging the orders of the Tribunal and that some time be granted in order to put together a compilation for the purposes of the hearing of the Writ Petitions.
