The Applicant has filed the present Second Appeal. 2.

The Applicant, who is the original Plaintiff, had filed a suit for eviction and possession, which came to be dismissed. The Appeal preferred there against was also dismissed. The Applicant thereafter filed a Civil Revision Application, in which there is a delay of 256 days. The Respondents are duly served. However, none appears on behalf of the Respondents before this Court.

Considering the reasons stated in the Application, the delay of 256 days is condoned. Consequently, the Application is allowed. Suresh 1/2
