The Review Petition is filed under a misconception that this Court has directed absorption of services of the Respondent in the Municipal Service.

This Court has only upheld the order passed by the Labour Court which contemplates only reinstatement of Respondent in service with continuity. Neither the Labour Court nor this Court Harish

10-IA-422-2025.doc has issued any direction for absorption of service of the Respondent in Municipal Service. The Review Petition is thus completely misconceived and is accordingly rejected.

In view of rejection of the Review Petition, Interim Application does not survive for consideration and stands disposed of.
