For the reasons stated in the interim application, the same stands disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a). REVIEW PETITION (ST.) NO.30896 OF 2024 2.

The petitioner has filed present review petition to substitute 'respondent No.1 and Village Development Officer' in place of 'Circle Officer or Tahasildar' in the order dated 28th February 2024.

For the reasons stated in paragraph No.2 of the order dated 28th February 2024, the designation "Circle Officer or Tahasildar" shall stand substituted by "Gramsevak or Village Development Officer".

The order dated 28th February 2024 be modified accordingly and upload the same as order No.2 in the writ petition. 5.

It is made clear that the petitioner shall file application before the Gramsevak within two weeks from today. Within two weeks thereafter, the Gramsevak or the Village Development Officer shall comply with the directions in paragraph No.2 of the order dated 28th February 2024.

The review petition stands disposed of.
