The above Interim Application is filed seeking restoration of the above Writ Petition which was dismissed for default on 6th September 2024. The explanation for the delay and for not appearing before the Court on 6th September 2024 is that the name of the advocate was not properly reflected on the Board on the said date. Therefore, the advocate missed the matter and consequently the same was dismissed.

Considering these circumstances, we hereby condone the delay and recall the order dated 6th September 2024 dismissing the above Writ Petition. The Writ Petition shall now be restored to file and placed on Board "for admission".
