The above Interim Application is filed seeking to condone the delay of 1 year and 10 months and to set aside the order dated 2nd December 2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) which dismissed the above Writ Petition for non-removal of office objections. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. After perusing the Interim Application, we are satisfied that sufficient cause is made out. In these circumstances, the delay is condoned and the order JANUARY 16, 2025 Aswale

6.ia.443.25.doc dated 2nd December 2022 is hereby set aside. The Writ Petition is now restored back to file.

The Applicant shall remove all office objections in the above Writ Petition within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the above Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
