Interim Application has been preferred seeking leave to amend the Appeal to claim enhanced amount of compensation. The submission of learned counsel for the Applicant is that due to financial constraints, the enhanced amount could not be claimed as the same requires payment of Court fees and thus the claim was restricted to the amount on which the Claimants could afford to pay the Court fees.

For the reasons stated above, the Application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of six weeks from today.
