The present Application is seeking for withdrawal of the compensation amount lying in a fixed deposit in the name of the Applicant. As per the award, compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- was directed to be deposited in the name of the Applicant in a nationalized bank till he attains the age of majority. The Applicant was minor when the Award was passed. Now, the Applicant has attained the age of majority. The Appeal filed against the subject Judgment and Award has been dismissed. 2) In view of the above, the Applicant/Claimant No.3 is permitted to withdraw the compensation amount of his share along with interest accrued thereon.
