The learned Advocate for Applicant has filed this Interim Application No.531 of 2025 to delete the name of Respondent No.2 "Smt. Hiralaxmi Shantilal Kothari".

The learned Advocate for Applicant submitted that, Respondent No.2 reported to be dead. Therefore, the Applicant intends to delete the name of Respondent No.2 as her only legal heirs are already on record as Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 in the present Civil Revision Application. Hence, the learned Advocate for the Applicant prays to delete the name of Respondent No.2 from the cause title of Civil Revision Application No.203 of 2021.

In turn, the Applicant is permitted to delete the name of Respondent No.2 "Smt. Hiralaxmi Shantilal Kothari" from cause title of Civil Revision Application No.203 of 2021. Hence, the learned Advocate for applicant is directed to delete the name of Respondent No.2 by carrying out necessary amendment within two weeks and file amended copy of Civil Revision Application.
