Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This is an Application to bring the legal representatives of ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Respondent No. 1B, Poonam Shantanu Consul, who passed away on 31st by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.09.05 13:20:08 +0530 December 2023. The Application is supported by copy of the death certificate and an Application filed on behalf of the legal representatives of Respondent No. 1B in RAD Suit No. 917 of 2015, whereby the legal representatives who are now sought to be brought on record, were brought on record in the said Suit.

Ms. Meshta, the learned Counsel submits that, she has instructions to appear on behalf of the proposed legal representatives of Respondent No. 1B and has no objection to bring them on record. 4.

The learned Counsel further submits that the proposed legal representatives of Respondent No. 1B have also taken out an Interim Application (L) No. 21856 of 2024 in Writ Petition No. 11201 of 2012. 5.

In view of the averments in the Application and the aforesaid submissions, the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).

The Applicant shall carry out the necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of amendment, within a period of three weeks.

The amended copy of the Application be served on the Respondent, within a period of two weeks, thereafter. 8.

To be listed along with Writ Petition No. 11201 of 2012 and the Interim Application (L) No. 21856 of 2024.
