This Interim Application is preferred by applicant to bring on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.3 Smt. Priya Eknath Deolekar, who died on 26/07/2024.

The office placed Interim Application before the Registrar (Judicial - II) with a note that the same filed within period of limitation.

Having considered the grounds coupled with the fact that, application is within limitation, the prayer is allowed by virtue of, the powers conferred upon the Registrar vide Chapter II Rule 3, sub rule (I) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.

Likewise, the learned Advocate for the applicant also submitted that the Advocate for the Respondents informed vide letter dated 03/10/2024 that the correct name of Respondent No.1 is "Prabhavati" and not "Prabhavi." Therefore, the applicant prays to correct the name of Respondent No.1.

In turn, the learned Advocate for Applicant is permitted to correct the name of Respondent No.1 as "Prabhavati" in place of "Prabhavi". The applicant shall carry out necessary amendment within 02 (two) weeks and file amended copy of Civil Revision Application.
