This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition No. 13779 of 2024, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the directions issued in paragraph 3 of the said order.

In view thereof, and for the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b).
