These Applications are filed for recall of order dated 17/10/2023 by which the Civil Revision Applications have been dismissed due to non-removal of the office objections. There is delay in filing the Applications.

The Applications are opposed by learned counsel appearing for the first Respondent.

However, considering the reasons pleaded in the Applications, the same are allowed. Delay is condoned.

4.

Civil Revision Applications are restored subject to the condition that all the office objections are removed within a period of two weeks from today.
