Having regard to the grounds stated in the Interim Application, more particularly, the nature of relief prayed for in the Writ Petition which is pertaining to pensionary benefits/service benefits of the petitioners, some of whom are on the verge of retirement, we are inclined to grant the prayer. 4.

As such, the connected Writ Petition be posted for "Final Hearing" on 10th December, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
