The above Interim Application is filed seeking amendments to the above Writ Petition as per the Schedule of amendment annexed thereto. 2.

Having heard the learned counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner, as well as the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondents, we are of the opinion that there is no impediment in allowing the aforesaid FEBRUARY 10, 2025 Aswale

2.ia.629.25.doc amendments. We say this because the amendments are at a pre-admission stage and do not in any way alter the cause of action. 3.

In these circumstances, the Interim Application is allowed and the Petitioner/Applicant is allowed to amend the above Writ Petition in terms of the Schedule of amendment annexed thereto. The amendments shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Petition shall be served on all the Respondents immediately thereafter. 4.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Tag the above Writ Petition along with Writ Petition No. 12993 of 2024.
